Content Reports

If you encounter objectionable content from another player, you can report it directly within the app using the report button on any message. Content reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

If you need to report content outside the app, email us with the subject line "Content Report" and include as much detail as possible.

Account Management

Delete your account: Go to Settings > Delete Account within the app. All personal data will be removed within 30 days.
Change your display name: Go to Settings > Edit Profile within the app.
Withdraw AI consent: Go to Settings > Privacy > AI Data Consent. This will disable dialogue features but you can continue exploring.
Data export: Email us with the subject line "Data Export Request" and we will provide your data within 30 days.

In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What AI powers the philosopher conversations?

Philosopher's Forest uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate NPC dialogue. Each philosopher has a unique voice based on their historical writings and philosophical perspective.

How many free conversations do I get per day?

You receive 15 free dialogue turns every 24 hours. Additional turns can be purchased through in-app purchases.

Is my dialogue data used to train AI models?

No. Anthropic processes your dialogue under their commercial API terms, which means your conversations are not used for AI training.

Can I play without AI features?

Yes. If you decline AI consent, you can still explore the forest, collect wisdom fragments, and customize your avatar. NPC dialogue, City Cafes, and postcards require AI consent.

How do I block another player?

Tap the player's name in a conversation and select "Block." Blocks are bidirectional and immediate — neither of you will see each other's messages.
